Samsung Galaxy S8 To Have 8GB of RAM

Earlier leaks suggested phone will pack 6GB of RAM. The phone is tipped to come with UFS 2.1 flash storage .Company expected to launch the phone in April.

Rumours regarding company's alleged Galaxy S8 phone are anything to go by, the company might be able to match the expectations with an extremely capable device - with 8GB of RAM. In the meanwhile, another rumour is pointing to a larger variant of the Samsung Galaxy S8 next year, called the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus, filing the gap between the flagship Galaxy S series and the flagship phablet Galaxy Note series.

Ice Universe, a well-known tipster for Samsung phones, has suggested that Samsung Galaxy S8 will pack 8GB of RAM (made using Samsung's own 10nm fabrication technology), as per a report by MySmartPrice. Ice Universe has also suggested that the phone will come with company's UFS 2.1 flash storage. Earlier leaks suggested that the phone might be coming with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

 Samsung Galaxy S8, is expected to be unveiled next sometime in April next year. However, information regarding the smartphone has already started leaking. According to the information available right now, Samsung will release two variants of the device: the Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8 Plus. Now, information suggests that Samsung will use double the RAM and a faster storage chip.

The standard variant of the Galaxy S8 might feature a 5.1-inch curved display, and the rumoured Galaxy S8 Plus with a 6-inch curved screen. It is being suggested that the Galaxy S8 might feature a single rear-facing camera, while the Galaxy S8 Plus might feature a dual rear-facing camera setup. The South Korean smartphone giant might use its own AI digital assistant to compete with Apple’s Siri and Google’s Assistant. It will come preloaded with Android 7.0 Nougat with Samsung Experience user interface on top of it.
