Redmi 3s Prime: Packs a punch REVIEW !!!

Xiaomi is slowly climbing up the rung of smartphone bigwigs by slashing its prices. Its latest entrant in the smartphone arena is the Redmi 3s Prime. Priced at Rs 8,999, the phone boasts of uncompromising quality.

The phone looks like a mini version of the Redmi Note 3. The volume rocker and the power button are located on the right side, while a fingerprint sensor graces the back. The 3s Prime is very comfortable to hold and its 5-inch 1280x720 HD display is a fresh change from most 5.5-inch bulky devices. The colours are sharp and crisp, and great for its price. The fingerprint sensor is fast and easy to set up. It lets you unlock the device seamlessly.
 Redmi 3S is equipped with a high performance processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 430, along with 4100mAh battery with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM which is expandable.

With an attractive all-metal casing the phone has a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera with the support of phase focusing. It is thinner than its predecessors at 0.9mm. The Redmi 3S with a 5-inch screen is comfortable.

Redmi 3S also has a special system configuration and performance optimisation with four cores, 1.4GHz for effective operation and 1.1GHz to save power.According to company sources, “Its major USP is the battery life which lasts up to two days under heavy usage. Redmi 3S supports up to 128GB micro SD which helps users store eight times more music, films and books.” Redmi 3S has an optical screen which in real time can help adjust contrast. Also, fine-tuning of backlight will allow more favourable screen brightness for users at night.
