Lenovo Zuk Z2 Plus could launch in India in September

Lenovo appears all set to launch the next smartphone from its Zuk series in India.
Going by the teaser, it is expected to launch the Z2 Plus, which is the Indian version of the ZUK Z2.

The Lenovo Z2 Plus flaunts a 5-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) LCD display with 2.5D curved glass and 414ppi pixel density, and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM. It also offers 64GB internal storage, but there is no option to expand it using a microSD card.
The camera modules in the smartphone consist of a 13-megapixel on the rear and an 8-megapixel on the front, along with slow-motion video recording at 960fps. The Zuk Z2 also bears a 3500mAh battery, which may be what the teaser is alluding to.

At the time of launch, the Zuk Z2 already supported Indian LTE bands (Band 40). It was made available in Black and White colour variants in China.

There is also a U-Touch 2.0 fingerprint scanner that is capable of recognizing wet fingerprints, and a 3,500mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support. Connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, 4G LTE support, USB Type-C port, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Unlike the Cyanogen-powered Z1, the Z2 runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 wrapped under ZUI 2.0.
